Art in the Classroom

We have started the New Year with some fantastic painting and drawing. Sometimes we guide the children through a prepared art work with some gluing, sticking and painting. At other times, we give them large sheets of paper and paint. They can create any sort of art they wish, mixing and experimenting with colour. The children always have access to paper, crayons and pencils. They draw the things that really interest them, such as their family, toys and favourite characters. It is so important to encourage their creativity from an early age. The children made these wonderful paintings below.
