Due to the smaller numbers during lockdown, I had just opened up for essential worker’s children, we have been able to do some cooking with the children. The last few weeks have seen them bake pancakes, cupcakes and cookies! The children all had a turn measuring the ingredients and mixing them together. When their baked goods had cooled down, they had a ball decorating them. They could not get them in to their mouths quick enough. They absolutely loved it!!
